dAnCe clAsS!!

Brooklynn has been in dance class now for about two months, and she LOVES it! Here is her outfit she is wearing for her first competition in November. It is SO cute on all the girls! My little princess's problem, however, is she is so tall and skinny! She should be a size bigger in the dress for length, but smaller around! We compromised by going with the middle size of the two! The other problem is that the outfit came with a LARGE red feather for her hair. All the other girls in her class have long hair and it looks dang cute on them. Brooklynn looks like she's wearing a wig that is so fake and is longer than her actual hair! I put in this flower instead, but for competition they all have to look alike!! Her hair actually is growing, but it's so curly it's staying the same length!!

Weston

This is FINALLY for all of you who keep asking for an updated pic. of Weston! He just turned 5 months old, and we couldn't have a happier, healthier baby! This picture doesn't do my butterball any favors. He is already 17 lbs. and still huge- just like the day he was born. People actually think he's about 8 months old!! Here are a few facts about our little guy:

• He is OVER the 100% for his height and weight for a 4 month old! His head, however, is only in the 95%!! (Side note: NONE of my other kiddos ever made 50% in weight or head, but all of them have been at least in the 95% on height. We think Wes came from the neightbor or something!!)
• He's rolling over both front to back and back to front. He's also turning around on his tummy to get in position to roll to get what he wants! He already can make his way across my living room in less than 5 min.!
• He loves to get on his hands and knees, but scoots backwards when he wants something!
• He still cannot sit by himself. We think his head is too heavy (it's half his body weight!) Maybe he'll loose some weight in his head when he starts crawling!
• He LOVES his brothers and sister. However, if they have something he wants, he'll scream louder than his sister to let them know!
• He is BY FAR the easiest going kiddo I've had! He usually only cries when he's hungry or tired.
• He is already eatting baby food. Yep! He loves everything but green beans and peaches. Other than that, he's a fan of food. (You may not know this by looking at him, tho!) He seriously can eat two jars of baby food and then nurse the same as always!

We're so lucky to have this little guy in our lives, and also glad he's here! He seriously keeps mom grounded! (And big sister thinks she's busy with him, too!)
